Science Olympiads

Science Olympiad

Team-based academic competition across 23 STEM events, from anatomy to engineering.

About this competition

Science Olympiad is a long-running team competition (Division B for middle school, Division C for high school) where each team competes in roughly 23 events spanning the sciences and engineering — anatomy, chemistry, physics, ecology, robotics, plus build events like bridge or rocket construction.

The team-of-specialists structure rewards depth in chosen events and breadth across the team. Strong Science Olympiad programs are major college-admissions signals, particularly for state-champion or national-qualifying schools.
